Dave, my husband can drive fireman (retained) and he works at the steel works.He can drive the fire engines but is on a course at the minute to learn how to drive them in emergency situations with the lights flashing and the sirens blaring and has been driving very fast round country roads as part of his training. Today he sent me a picture of the fire engine he would be learning in today ....Very swish 11 plate!
I went shopping to our local town this morning with my mum....then picked the girls up to go to a party in my mums village that the girls were invited to. The little boys whos first birthday it was is one of the sons of a friend of mine from school. The girls looked lovely in their dresses...(excuse Ella in her backpack...she is glued to it at the minute)
There was a magician when we got there called 'Magic Ella' She was very good. Once she had been on it was food time and the girls got a pack up box...how sweet x
The magician then made everyone balloon 'things'.... Ella got a big flower and Grace got some fairy wings.
The girls then had a go on the bouncy castle!! I wanted to have ago but thought i best not and got told by Grace i couldn't because i have a baby in my belly and it might fall out. Grace also told me we could call our baby something really pretty like Sparkle!! How sweet! ( but don't worry that's not the name we have chosen)
When the party had finished we walked back to Grandmas and looked in the party bags...they were very good and the girls were very happy to see bubbles in there!
We went inside after a while as it was a scorcher of a day and did some colouring in.
An all around good day. :)
