YARNDALE 2013

What a wonderful day we had! My mum, dad and I went to Yarndale in Skipton at the weekend. It was fantastic. lots of yarn yummyness all set up in the pens of a cattle shed. The whole place was decorated in crochet bunting and it looked amazing. The stalls were brilliant and all decorated beautifully...

There was even a lovely bus collecting people and bringing them to yarndale and even that was yarnbombed! Amazing!

Some of the stalls had live animals....Alpacas and angora rabbits and they were beautiful and unbelievably soft to touch!

 And my mum and I even got to meet Lucy from Attic 24...what a treat. We have been following this lovely ladies blog for a while now and her area was decorated beautifully!! A crochet rainbow it was fantastic!
We also visited Skipton ...what a lovely place and managed to get more yarn and fabric bargains form there too!!

Craft fair

Yesterday Gracella Sewing was at the Scunthorpe Museum. A favorite craft fair of ours organised by West promotions. There were lots of lovely craft stall holders there selling some lovely products.. here is a peek at our stall! (me and my mum)

And here is my mum doing orders while there. I took a Christmas present to do ( a granny stripe blanket) managed one stripe and then realized i had forgotten the next colour i needed so didn't get much more done.

I havent blogged in a while... just didnt have the time when i had my baby girl and then i just kind of forgot about it! Well here I am again.
I now have a 6year old (Grace), a 4 year old (Ella) and a 22 month old! Last time i blooged it was 3 days before my youngest was born. (Isobel)
Grace has just started in year 2 today and Ella is now in reception and is starting her first year of full time school. The 6 weeks holiday was long but I didnt want the kids back at school. I miss them.
But now I have time to concentrate on my business (Gracella sewing) and to get on with driving lessons (eek)

 a short and sweet first blog back but i promise to blog at least twice a week from now!!!
